Valid for purchases shipped from Axis to the original purchaser on or after 1 April 2020, the 5-year warranty means you'll enjoy years of trouble-free operation with your Axis device, and better control of your overall costs. At Axis, we stand behind our products and this increase from the previous 3-year warranty is a result of the trust and confidence we have in our production quality. Additionally, for defective products within warranty, we offer enhanced RMA (Return material authorization) support for a higher degree of guaranteed quality. Axis is committed to providing high-quality products, and with our excellent hardware warranty service, you can depend on first-class quality, reliability, and support from us all the way. Our warranty covers defects in design, workmanship, and material under normal use for 5 years from the date of shipment from Axis. Defective products under the warranty period will either be repaired or replaced at no cost. Furthermore, with AXIS Device Manager (ADM) it's easy to keep track of your device warranties so you can always be sure we've got you covered. Axis 5-year warranty covers most of our product portfolio (see the product datasheets and/or the product pages for exceptions). And, it's free with no action required from you.
